End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1860. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack, timber clad eaves course on moulded rendered corbels, having uPVC rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls having render string course below eaves. Diminishing square-headed window openings with rendered sills and moulded render surrounds. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Timber-framed bipartite window to ground floor, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with raised render surround, surmounted by corniced render canopy on scroll-work supporting brackets. Timber panelled door with brass door furniture and single-pane overlight. Rendered plinth wall to front, having rectangular-profile piers with pointed render caps.

This fine house forms a part of a short nineteenth century terrace backing on to the River Lee. Unusually, the terrace addresses the streetscape, and is not orientated towards the harbour view to the east, as are most of the fine nineteenth century houses in the area. The retention of timber sliding sash windows and decorative render detailing adds much to the terrace's historic character.
