What is recorded here

One rectangular hollow, seven metres long and tilted NE-SW, lies hidden inside a circular rath on a Moneyveen hillock. The outer bank has surrendered to weather at the west and north, yet the inner chamber still waits beneath grass and memory. People may have dug it for storage, ritual or escape, then walked away and let the earth forget their names.

On a hillock in undulating grassland. Poorly preserved circular rath (D 24.3m) (GA073-142----) defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The outer bank does not survive at W or N. In NW quadrant of the interior is a rectangular hollow (L 7m), long axis running NE-SW; a possible Man-made underground passage (GA073-142001-).
