Man-made underground passage in Jerpoint West

Man-made underground passage

What is recorded here

Aerial photograph (GB89.P.08) shows cropmark of a curvilinear enclosure (KK028-059001-) defined by a fosse and with an internal cropmark which indicates the location of a Man-made underground passage. A smaller circular enclosure (KK028-059003-) is located immediately to the north-west, adjacent but not contiguous. Both enclosures are set within a rectilinear field system (KK028-059002-) which appears to be integrated with the two enclosures.
