McCarthy (1977, 361) recorded Man-made underground passage consisting of stone-built beehive chambers; discovered in 1971 and infilled immediately. Exact location not known. Second similar Man-made underground passage (CO035-007---) c. 20m distant. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
