Inside the N perimeter of a cashel (CL004-016029-). A stone-lined hollow (L 3.4m; D at N 0.8m; D at S 1.5m; av. Wth 0.8m) aligned N-S, leads into a N-S chamber (L 5.8m; Wth at centre 1.9m; H 1.9m) roofed by 12 lintels. There is a small recess on the S end of the E wall. At the S end of this chamber an opening (Wth 0.95m; H 1.15m) leads into another chamber (L 4m; Wth 1.25m; H 0.75m) extending to SE and roofed by 6 lintels. The SE end of the Man-made underground passage can be accessed from the cashel interior via a small opening.
