Mound in Magherabane (ballybrit By.) is a buried landmark in County Offaly, Ireland, hidden beneath dense coniferous forest and possibly destroyed during planting operations. It escaped every official map but emerged in aerial photographs, proving that even forgotten earth can resist complete erasure. The trees may have consumed the mound itself, yet they also preserved the shape long enough for someone to notice what disappearance had almost finished.

Unlocated site. Area now covered in dense coniferous forest and may have been destroyed during planting operations. Not marked on any edition of OS 6-inch maps, identified from aerial photographs GSI N 747/746.
