Marked as a church known as 'Kiltiguiny' or 'Kiltigumy' Church only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, although indicated as a building on the 1837 ed. Situated on a low-lying, level landscape, c. 1.2km W of the River Shannon. This is a rectangular, two-roomed late 19th century/early 20th century one storey dwelling house (int. dims 10.5m NE-SW; 5.55m NW-SE) with a loft overhead. It is now used as a cattle-shed. According to local information, the structure began as a late 19th-century chapel-of-ease for the local Church of Ireland church at Kilmore (RO018-002001-), c. 800m to the S.
