Fairy forts are no such thing. The name is a trap for tourists and lazy writers. Lissaniska East held a human ringfort, not a cabin for fairies. The circle is gone now, erased by ploughs and forgetting. What remains is a shadow in the grass, a slight roughness the field will not smooth. The land remembers shape even when people stop seeing it.
