What is recorded here

One chamber, four doors in the same limestone wall near Park, County Cork. Coleman dug it in 1942 and found a thin layer of ordinary life: iron, bronze, worked bone and stone, bird bones, fish shells, charcoal, and animals both kept and hunted. The cave did not grandstand. It held a kitchen, a workshop, a refuge, and the small repeated choices of people who lived beside a ringfort while Ireland was becoming Christian.
