End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, c.1840, on a corner site with single-bay two-storey side elevation. Renovated, c.1890, with shopfront inserted to ground floor. Extensively renovated, c.1990. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1990, on replacement uPVC eaves, c.1990. Painted rendered walls with chamfer to corner. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1990. Timber shopfront, c.1890, to ground floor with panelled pilasters, replacement timber casement display windows, c.1990, replacement glazed timber door, c.1990, overlight, timber fascia over having decorative consoles, and moulded cornice with cresting. Road fronted on a corner site with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.

A well-proportioned house that retains most of its original form and massing, notwithstanding extensive renovation works that have led to the loss of much of the original fabric. An important survival is the early timber shopfront, which incorporates features of design merit, including the cresting to the cornice. The building occupies a prominent corner site, and contributes to the streetscape quality of Main Street and Ferry Lane.
