What is recorded here

Lisdeen is a fairy fort in County Clare, an earthen ring where human history has thinned into myth. Its name claims the land for unseen residents, yet no human event or date has emerged to anchor the story. The earth may have first belonged to people before memory faded, but that possibility remains hidden beneath the myth.
The Archaeological Survey of Ireland (ASI) is in the process of providing information on all monuments on The Historic Environment Viewer (HEV).
