What is recorded here

A deposit (Wth 0.35m; D 0.02m) of six irregularly laid pieces of light brushwood and a vertical peg on the field surface. The site is in well-humified Sphagnum peat. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1994. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
