What is recorded here

The site (L 1.9m; Wth 0.54m; D 0.12m) is orientated N-S and consists of light brushwood and a vertical peg in opposing drain faces. The brushwood is widely spaced and is laid longitudinally. Three of the pieces and the peg have metal-cut chisel points. Two pieces were identified as birch. The site is in well-humified Sphagnum peat.
