What is recorded here

Graveyard (1951-52) stands in County Clare, Ireland, a quiet place where the dead have slept since before the survey reached it. The land may have swallowed lovers, enemies or forgotten children, their stories buried beneath grass and rain. What is certain is that the ground marked a boundary between life and loss, and the community shaped itself around that line.
