Comers Fort is a worn earthen ring on a Galway rise, its southern bank still sharp while a road has cut through the northern edge. The surviving ditch and ridge suggest a place set apart, perhaps for residence, ritual or refuge, yet no named hand remains behind the shape. A person may have stood inside the circle at dusk, reading the flat grassland for movement or meaning. The fort still holds that boundary between the ordinary field and a life no longer spoken.

On a rise in otherwise level grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (NE-SW 39m, NW-SE 34m) defined by an inner scarp, intervening fosse and outer bank. The fosse and outer bank are best preserved from SE through S to SW. A road cuts the enclosing element at NNW and ENE.
