Structure

A small area (L 1.35m; Wth 1.05m; D 0.04m) of light brushwood on the field surface. The pieces are irregularly deposited but tend to lie in an NW-SE direction. There is some evidence for woodworking. Wood species include hazel. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
