What is recorded here

Indicated is a circular cashel thirty-one metres across, standing eighty metres north-northwest of another ringfort in County Galway. Its drystone wall still holds despite a possible modern gap at the southeast, suggesting human hands shaped or damaged it across centuries. The pair may have marked territory, sheltered people or fed local stories, yet no named event or owner survives in the facts provided.

Some 80m NNW of a ringfort (GA056-090----). Circular cashel (D 31m), in fair condition, defined by a drystone wall. A gap at SE may be modern.
