Kildreenagh Graveyard in County Carlow is an invisible wound, erased from every map yet still marked as a historic monument. It belonged to a church whose foundations disappeared in 1989, leaving behind a blank space where death and memory should have gathered. The absence is not emptiness; it is a trap. Forgetting is the true burial, and Kildreenagh is where that forgetting was practised.

Historic Monument No. HM00330, This monument was entered in the Register of Historic Monuments on the 01 August 1989. Associated with Kildreenagh Church (CW016-032001-), the remaining foundations of which were removed in 1989. The extent of this graveyard is not in indicated on any edition of the OS 6-inch maps.
