Grave Yd. is a rectangular graveyard beside a late medieval limestone church in County Laois, holding uninscribed markers and post-1700 memorials within a stone wall. It is no longer actively used for burial, which makes its quiet rows feel less like a working yard and more like a forgotten chamber where old lives stopped speaking. The church sits in the north quadrant, overlooking the graves as if still guarding them.

Known as the Church of St. Bridget (Carrigan 1905, vol. 2, 59-60). A late medieval parish church (LA028-035) constructed of roughly coursed limestone. Some uninscribed grave-markers visible. A rectangular shaped graveyard (int. dims. 35m N-S; 20m E-W) enclosed by a stone wall containing post 1700 AD memorials. Church (LA028-035) in N quadrant of graveyard. Described by Carrigan as 'The adjoining graveyard is now rarely used for Catholic interments; Protestant interments, too, are almost discontinued' (Carrigan 1905, vol. 2, 60).
