What is recorded here

The very dilapidated remains of this small circular enclosure, marked on the first edition of the OS map, are located in elevated pasture overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane to NW and NE respectively. Only the foundation courses of the enclosing element survive, averaging .5m high and 1.7m wide. Internal and external drystone facing is visible through the grass-cover but it is not clear where the entrance was located. Loose stones are scattered in the interior of the site, which measures 13m N-S x 9m E-W, but no structures are identifiable. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
