On a gate pier at a farm road beside Turnings House, a heavily rendered, three storied, five-bayed structure, built in the early-18th century, according to the owner. A small rectangular plaque bears the date 1712. There is a second 18th century date stone (KD014-023003-) on a pier attached to the house. The house incorporates two fine, late-15th century, decorated windows (KD014-023001- and KD014-023002-).
