Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door. Road fronted.

An appealing modest-scale house presenting an early aspect, thereby contributing positively to the streetscape value of Hatchery Lane.
