What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1925, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, c.1825. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door. Road fronted.
An appealing modest-scale house presenting an early aspect, thereby contributing positively to the streetscape value of Hatchery Lane.
