In pasture, with gently rising ground to E and SE. This enclosure is shown as a circular embanked enclosure (diam. c. 20m) on the 1838 and 1930 OS 6-inch maps; it is located on the S boundary of the townland, which is shown looping around the S edge of the enclosure. It has been levelled; there is no visible trace at ground level, bar a slight ill-defined rise or undulation. There is a rath (MA039-063) c. 300m to W and a church (MA039-064001) 275m to SW.
