What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort on a Galway hill, its irregular bank and ditch still sharp after centuries. The causeway at the southeast edge invites entry, while the field wall cutting through the structure reminds that human boundaries have repeatedly crossed ancient ones. Perhaps the fort resists measurement because it belongs to a different time, waiting for someone reckless enough to walk its seam.

On a hill in otherwise low-lying grassland. Well-preserved irregularly shaped rath (WSW-ENE 36.7m) defined by a bank and external fosse. Entrance causeway (Wth 3.4m) at SE.
