What is recorded here

Located on the N side of a low ridge which borders the SW edge of Lough Currane, this site is marked as a circular enclosure on the first edition of the OS map. Sheehan (compilers), 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University Press (1996), no. 812. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload: 29 July 2013
