In pasture, on top of an E-W ridge. A circular raised area (int. diam. 31m; H 1m) enclosed by a fosse (Wth 3m; D 0.2m) which is best evident along the W arc. It is indicated on the 1838 OS 6-inch map as an elongated area (c. 80m E-W) which is planted with trees.
