Hut site in Glantrasna

In rough hill pasture, on a SW-facing slope, to the N of a tributary of the Glantrasna River. The remains of a rectangular hut site (3.4m NE-SW; 2.3m SE-NW) defined by the lower courses of a partly collapsed drystone wall (T c. 0.6m; H 0.5m). The lower course stones are moss and grass covered and protrude above the blanket bog. The wall is built up (H 0.3m) externally at SW creating a level interior. The interior is covered in blanket bog. Two other hut sites (KE109-037002-, KE109-037006-) are 10m to the W and 20m to the E, respectively.
