Hut site in Cloontreem — Report the wrong picture

Cloontreem still holds a tiny circular hut, its stones collapsed inward as if the wall surrendered rather than broke. The site sits in rough, rush-covered pasture beside a small cairn, suggesting a person lived there long enough to build a home and mark it. The bog has swallowed most of the shape, leaving only large lower stones proud of the surface.

In rough, rush-covered, undulating hill pasture, on a W-facing slope within a network of relict field boundaries (CO115-060----). The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 1.8m) defined by a stone wall (T 0.4m; H 0.3m) which has collapsed into the interior. The larger lower course stones protrude above the surface of the bog.
