An Lios Dubh holds a circular hut site inside a rough stone ring, waiting for someone to remember why it was built. The grass has swallowed most of the angle, but the shape still resists forgetting. A person may have stood there in rain, watching the road pass without stopping. The stones do not argue back; they simply continue holding the shape of human attention.

Lisduff/An Lios Dubh: Roughly circular univallate rath KE044-042---- is situated about 150m N of KE044-041----, on level waste ground at the E side of a road. The grass-grown foundations of a circular hut site, 6.5m in diameter, occupy the centre of the enclosure. Some earthfast boulders, near the W edge of the interior, may mark the site of a 2nd hut.
