A dwelling is marked on the Down Survey barony map (1655-6) with the OS letters. This townland is not identified on the Strafford barony map of c. 1636 (Simington 1949, Athlone), and no group of houses can be identified. Three other buildings are similarly marked (See RO051-084001-; RO051-084002-; RO051-084003-).
