Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, timber clad eaves and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with incised sill band to first floor. Square-headed window openings with render sills and decorative render keystones, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door with overlight. Fronting directly onto street.

The scale and symmetrical form of this house is consistent with others in the streetscape. It retains interesting features including historic sash windows and decorative keystones which enhance the terrace's historic character.
