Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1880. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, gabled dormer windows and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with render sill band to first floor. Slate hanging to dormers. Square-headed window openings with render sills, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Timber casement windows set in pointed arch opening to dormers. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber door. Fronting directly onto street.

The symmetrical façade of this fine house is greatly enhanced by the retention of numerous historic features, such as sash windows, a fine slate roof and render sill band. Its pointed arch dormer openings form an interesting contrast with the larger square-headed lower floor openings.
