What is recorded here

No visible grave marker remains, yet the land still carries the shape of death. A graveyard once stood where grass grows now, its boundary forgotten but never erased. The survey marked the centre of that lost place, preserving the fact that people died there and were set into the earth. Kilmaconnell keeps the absence alive because remembering the vacancy is not the same as forgetting it.
