Cave is a man-made underground passage in Glenballythomas, County Roscommon, Ireland. It is a drystone-built and lintelled passage running northwest-southeast for 8.5m before turning north for 0.6m and ending abruptly on the south-facing slope of Rathcroghan ridge, 5m outside the cashel perimeter. The site is a National Monument in state ownership, recorded as number 473.

On the S-facing slope of Rathcroghan ridge and c. 5m outside the perimeter of cashel (RO022-057039-) at WSW. Drystone-built and lintelled passage (Wth 1.8m; H 1.2m) which runs NW-SE (L 8.5m) from the present entrance close to the SE end, but it turns N (L 0.6m) at the NW and ends abruptly.
