What is recorded here
On the summit of Croagh Patrick. A cluster of 15-20 circular hut sites (diam. c. 5m) or possible hut sites, are located to W and NW outside the enclosing wall of the large enclosure (MA087-044006-) which encompasses the summit of the mountain. The remains are quite ephemeral in nature and of uncertain date. Two huts sites (MA087-044007-; MA087-044008-) were excavated in 1995.
