What is recorded here

Lissadrough, the ringfort of the oak, still holds a semi-circular mound curving inward beneath its earthen bank. That inner shape suggests people once built or buried something they wanted protected, perhaps a chamber, a cache, or a dead person laid against the fort’s heart. The oak name and the hidden mound turn an ordinary field into a place where memory was deliberately buried.

Lissadrough/Lios na Darach (ringfort of the oak). Univallate rath KE021-090---- consists of a sub-circular area enclosed by a well-defined earthen bank. In the SW sector of the interior is a slightly raised semi-circular mound (KE021-090001-) curving in towards the interior of the enclosing bank. The above description is derived from C.
