Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Gillstown, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a gentle south-west-facing slope about 220 metres east of the Scrammoge River. Two earthen banks and a central ditch form a circular area roughly 34 metres across, with a possible hut site at the middle. The earthworks are no longer visible at ground level in the pasture.
On a gentle SW-facing slope with a S-N section of the Scrammoge River c. 220m to the W. Described as a circular area (diam. c. 34m N-S) defined by two earthen banks and an intervening fosse with a possible hut site (RO023-143002-) at the centre (Gannon 1972). It is not now visible at ground level in pasture.
