Sweat Ho is a vanished sweathouse hidden in rough pasture beside a Leitrim ravine, recorded only on a 1907 map and lost to human memory. It may have stood where hot stones and water cleared the breath of travellers or farmers, but the earth has taken back its shape. The abandoned farmhouse above and the stream below suggest a small living place where cleanliness was ritual and labor was prayer. What is missing is not a failure of record, but an invitation to imagine the heat, noise and relief that once filled the hole.

Situated on the NW side of a NE-SW ravine and stream, c. 20m from the ravine and c. 50m S of an abandoned farmhouse. It is marked only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map.
