Corner-sited gabled-fronted attached three-bay two-storey former factory, built 1903, now in use as retail outlets. Pitched profiled metal cladding roof with galvanised rainwater goods. Snecked sandstone ashlar walls with red brick quoins and window mouldings. Rubble stone and nap rendered walls to ground floor side wall, having profiled metal cladding to first floor. Aluminium side hung outward opening windows in segmental-arched openings to first floor with concrete sills. uPVC top hung outward opening windows to ground floor surrounded by nap render reveals and moulding. Concrete steps to entrance doors on side wall.
