In rough grazing, to E of stream. Horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (14.9m NE-SW; 12.6m NW-SE; H 1.45m); opening (Wth 4m) faces NW. Probably the fulacht fiadh recorded by Bowman (1934, 106) on T. Murphy's land. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
