In pasture, adjacent to stream. One of two low mounds of burnt material (max. H c. 0.5m), 12m apart, noted on N side of field fence (see CO006-049001-). Stream flows along S side of fence. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
