One of two fulacht fia uncovered during excavation by Donald Murphy in the year 2000. The first fulacht consisted of an oval spread of burnt material measuring 21m x 36m . A total of 14 pits were uncovered beneath the spread, one shallow oval pit (dims. 2.76m x 3m) contained 26 small stake-holes around its ci. A second pit contained three post-holes, which may have formed the superstructure of a second hut or shelter (Bennett 2002, 326).
