What is recorded here

A spread of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil was exposed during archaeological testing in advance of a large housing development and was excavated in 2006. Excavation revealed a re-cut trough and associated hearths. A second fulacht fia (CO062-248----) lies c. 10m to the SE. (pers. comm.
