Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Cartron (loughrea By.) is a circular stone fort, about 39m across, on a rise in pastureland in County Galway. Its drystone wall has collapsed, but a man-made underground passage and a rectangular house site lay within or beside it, while a round house stood about 60m to the north. No visible surface traces remain, yet the shape suggests a small defended or ceremonial place where people lived, hid, or performed rites before the stones sank back into the earth.

On a rise in pastureland. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 224, no. 55a) as a circular 'Stone fort' (diam. c. 39m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall. There was a Man-made underground passage (GA104-100003-) within the interior and a rectangular house site (GA104-100004-) immediately outside it, to its E (ibid.). No visible surface traces survive.
