What is recorded here

Caherpeak East holds a ruined cashel where forgotten hands built a round home before fields consumed it. The wall still stands in grass and stone, marked by a line cut across its middle and a border pressed against its west side. People may have lived inside, raised children, and watched storms pass over the roof. They are gone now, but the circle remains, holding the shape of a household that time has half-erased.

In reclaimed pastureland. Poorly preserved roughly circular cashel (diam. 34m) defined by a grassed-over collapsed drystone wall, against which field-clearance rubble has been piled at SE. A field boundary overlies the cashel wall at W; another cuts across the monument from NE to SW. Possible internal divisions are visible to N and S of this wall.
