What is recorded here

No visible trace survives today despite the large circular enclosure appearing on both the 1841-42 and 1916 OS maps. The earth swallowed the boundary while human memory kept it alive under a fairy name. Perhaps the fort refused ordinary sight or the land simply took back what it borrowed. Either way, Tullaghna holds a shape that mapping could capture but walking cannot verify.

This large circular enclosure is situated SE of KE015-017----. It is marked on the 1841-42 and 1916 OS maps, but no visible trace survives today. The above description is derived from C.
