Fairy forts are no joke. They swallow light, bend memory and take people who stop to watch. The ring at Listrim still stands because it is feeding on something. Maybe it is hungry for the living. Maybe it is waiting for a fool tall enough to enter. Distance is mercy. Forgetting is protection.
