Lack West holds a circular earthen fort, locally called a fairy fort, where the boundary between human history and folklore blurs. The ring shape suggests people once lived, worked or hid there, yet the fairy name warns that the place still belongs to imagination. Whether human hands built the ridge or story changed its meaning, the field keeps both truths alive.
