What is recorded here

Knockanush West holds a ringfort where earth still stands against time. People called it a fairy fort, perhaps because the small circle resisted every explanation they preferred. It may have sheltered a family, marked a boundary or simply watched the field. The land kept its shape while human certainty faded around it.
