Fairy fort in Greenane, County Cork: an earthen ringfort on a south-facing terrace above Bantry Bay, now levelled into uneven grass mounds. Local information says the rath was levelled many years ago, yet a man-made underground passage remains within the site. The place keeps its shape less as a wall than as a hidden line under the pasture, watching the sea and the peninsulas while forgetting the people who first built it.

In pasture, on a terrace on a S-facing slope overlooking the mouth of Bantry Bay and the Sheep's Head and Mizen Peninsulas. According to local information, the rath at this location was levelled many years ago. The location now consists of uneven-surfaced grass-covered mounds. The rath is not visible at ground level.
